Lake Margaret and Clearwater Lake are the focal points of Mt. Olive Shores North, and residents can enjoy great freshwater fishing on these two lakes. You can fish from the shoreline, our dock, launch your boat from the community boat ramp or use our boat.

Lakefront is where you'll find our community clubhouses with spacious Florida-style facilities. Residents gather in the clubhouses for covered-dish dinners, parties, and special events. The camaraderie of the RV community is always evident here as residents gather to swap stories of their latest travel adventures, share good places to eat, plan group excursions, or just get together for a bike ride.

Adjoining the clubhouses are heated swimming pools, great places to relax, swim laps, or stay in shape with scheduled water aerobics sessions. There's also whirlpool hot tubs, and for those interested in a little competition there's horseshoes, and ever-popular shuffleboard courts and tennis courts. The clubhouse and surrounding recreational facilities make for an ideal environment where residents can meet their neighbors and make new friends.

A secured storage area for boats and trailers is available within the community for a nominal monthly fee.
